Technology at the intersection of sea and cloud
Where ships once operated as isolated technological islands, they are now being integrated into complex, cloud-based ecosystems. Join us in digitising the maritime sector!
System Architect with influence
As a System Architect in the UDS team, you will play a central role in further developing the platform and setting the direction for architecture and technology. You’ll work closely with code, design decisions, and development processes, while also serving as a mentor and bridge-builder within the team. This is a role for someone with strong technological insight and deep architectural expertise, along with the ability and willingness to lead through knowledge, collaboration, and clear direction. You’ll also contribute to the transition toward an event-driven architecture and develop solutions for real-time data flow between services.

Technology that moves an entire industry
By joining this team, you’ll gain not just responsibility, but real influence. The technology you help develop is deployed on operating ships and affects how companies plan, operate and optimise their maritime services. At the same time, you’ll be working in a high-competence environment with modern product development in a matrix organisation.
Well-being and inclusion
Results from the company’s annual employee engagement survey clearly show that the working environment at Telenor Maritime is highly valued by employees. The survey highlights excellent results in areas such as job satisfaction, collaboration, inclusion and the experience of openness and trust in everyday work.
As a new employee, you’ll be well taken care of from day one.
